LoopTradie is a voice assistant for trade and service businesses that use ServiceM8. Instead of tapping through screens, you talk to your account: ask what's on today, create and update jobs, add materials, book staff, and look up customer details — while you're driving, on-site, or between jobs. LoopTradie runs as a web app in your browser at app.looptradie.com.
Platform Web dashboard app (desktop and mobile browser). LoopTradie is an independent add-on and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ServiceM8™.
To disconnect at any time, open Settings → Sign out, or revoke access from within ServiceM8.
Prefer to type? Tap the keyboard icon during a call and send messages as text — handy in noisy environments.
You can speak in 10+ languages — the assistant detects your language and replies in kind, switching automatically if you change mid-conversation.
Ask the assistant to schedule a staff member, and it will check availability first, confirm the details with you, then create the booking on your ServiceM8 dispatch board. You can also ask it to move a booking to a new time or staff member, or cancel one. Bookings you create by voice appear in ServiceM8 exactly like ones you create manually.
Every account starts with 20 minutes free. This covers your time in a session whether you speak or type — you only use time while you're actively talking or chatting with the assistant. Connecting and reading the screen are free. You can see your remaining balance any time on the Home screen and in the Usage section.
When your free time runs out, you can top up with a paid plan from the Usage screen. Paid plans are billed securely outside ServiceM8 through Stripe. You'll never be asked to enter card details inside ServiceM8 — checkout happens on Stripe's secure page, and LoopTradie never sees or stores your card number.
LoopTradie accesses your ServiceM8 data only to do what you ask, and never sells your data. Voice transcripts are kept for up to 30 days for session review, then deleted. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Make sure your browser has microphone and sound permission for app.looptradie.com, and that your device isn't muted. Try tapping a suggestion chip — that prompts the assistant to speak immediately.
Your connection may have expired. Open Settings → Sign out, then reconnect your ServiceM8 account and try again.
LoopTradie uses your account's timezone. If a time looks off, confirm your ServiceM8 account timezone under ServiceM8 Settings, and check the Schedule screen — the assistant reads times back in your local timezone.
This usually means your free talk time ran out. Check the Usage screen and top up to keep going.
